About The Founder

Kirsty has 25 years client-side experience across multiple premium and luxury consumer brands within both multinational companies and local global headquarters. This brings deep understanding of the business challenges and day to day operations of organisation’s both large and small and specialist knowledge in prestige consumer brands in particular beauty and liquor. Kirsty has both the passion and capability to successfully link creative to commercial to simultaneously deliver brand and business outcomes.

Before Founding Intrinsic Brand Consulting, Kirsty was Director of Marketing for Vida Glow where she left a long lasting legacy to position Vida Glow as a global luxury beauty brand. Kirsty joined Vida Glow in 2019 to establish their Marketing function and plan the strategy to become a true global brand. In her time with the business she delivered the companies first formal Vision, Mission and Values; a full re-brand across logo, packaging design, VM and e-commerce store; steered an innovative new direction for product range, and established Creative, E-Commerce, Communications and New Product Development teams.

Kirsty has spent 15 years in senior marketing roles with renowned multinational businesses. These include 7 years with LVMH in their Wine & Spirits division leading brands including Dom Perignon, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Cliquot and Belvedere Vodka. 3 years at Suntory Limited leading Glenfiddich Whisky, Hendricks Gin, Cointreau and Midori and 3 years at L’Oreal leading Lancôme and Redken 5th Avenue. In all these roles she created long term marketing programs that successfully grew brand value whilst delivering commercial success though sales, market position and profit. Prior to this, as Marketing Manager for local Australian biscuit brand Paradise, she led the transformation of the range from a group of 43 products to a collection of clearly defined brands with the visual identity still living in the market 15 years later.

We are in the business of building strong, enduring brands that enable business growth.

We collaborate with Founders to craft Business, Brand and Marketing Strategy, including Channel and New Product Strategy. Capacity also extends to the creation of Internal & External Team Structures to support day to day operations and Coaching to up-skill Marketing Teams.

While strategy may be intuitive to the founders, as the business grows it is important to invest time to create formalised Strategy that will clearly articulate to internal and external teams what is intrinsic to the brand. This is essential to power the companies future success; to increase brand value and consistently deliver against the brand promise in the market.
